Request Changes to Ads

Ongoing Minor Ad Changes: Images, Targeting, Budget

For all minor changes to ads, contact the Client Success team in Slack.

You can expect minor changes, such as changes to imagery, age, targeting, or budget, to be implemented within one business day of the request. 

Changes to Ad Offer/New Campaign

For changes to your ad offer, including temporary or time-sensitive offers (e.g., challenges, holiday-specific promotions), the Client Success team will request that you complete a New Campaign Form.

To complete a New Campaign Form, you will need to have the following information: 

• Requested start date and end date of ads
• Ads budget
• Start date of the specific offer/promotion
• The cash value of challenge prizes, if applicable
• The details of the specific offer/promotion (i.e., “what clients get” when they sign up for the offer/promotion)
• Offer-specific ad creative, if applicable
• The offer to run in ads after the promotion has ended, if applicable. 

You can expect campaigns with new offers to be implemented within 2 business days of the New Campaign Form being received, or on the specified Ads start date, if the requested start date is later than 2 business days.

Ads for a New Population, Service, Location

For ads to a new population (e.g., youth athletes), for a new service (e.g., standalone nutrition program, online-only program), or for a new location, the client success team will request that you complete a New Sub-Account Form.

To complete a New Sub-Account Form, you will need to have the following information:

• Requested start date of ads
• Ads budget
• Description of the new population or service
• Facebook page that you’d like to run ads from (if different from current)
• Facebook ad account that you’d like to run ads from (if different from current)
• Preferred targeting for the new population or service
• Individual responsible for for handling sales consultations and appointments related to the new population or service

The timeline for launching ads for a new population, service, or location will vary according to the scope of work required in Gym Member Machine.
