Creating a Smart List for Reactivation Campaigns

  • Go to Contacts → More Filters to begin building your list

    Make sure to add this criteria for any reactivation you launch

    • Phone is not empty
    • Email is not empty
    • DND is not enabled for SMS
    • DND is not enabled for Email

      Add additional filters to exclude members

    • i.e. Tag is NOT: member, active membership, etc.
  • Once you add all necessary filters, click Save as smart list and title it so you know it's the one you want to use for your Reactivation
