Managing Your Conversation AI Bot
This article will help you manage your bot and make your AI conversation experience the best it can be.

We'll be loading the bots knowledge base with your FAQs and information from your website - but it will occasionally need training to get better and better (sort of like real people do).
If the bot gives an answer that you like and would like to see more of, give it a thumbs up and it will remember the feedback and give similar responses in the future

If the bot gives an answer that was more to be desired - give it a thumbs down and it will prompt you to input the response you would have preferred


Just edit the answer in the box, click "Gym Knowledge Base" and Train Bot. Once you save the response, the bot will reply with similar verbiage in the future to similar contact messages.
Deactivating the Bot
The bot will continue follow up until an appointment is booked, or if the contact stops replying after a few days of no response.
You can tell if the bot is active for a contact in the bottom right of the message box - it will be green if active.

Anytime you'd like to take over the conversation and deactivate the bot, just add the "stop bot" tag to the contact and it will set the bot to inactive.
You can also click the AI Icon and set the contact to inactive to turn off the bot.
Once the bot is off for a contact, the icon will appear grey
