Integrate Google Calendar
💡 Integrating your Google account with GMM and setting up your calendar availability streamlines your scheduling process by automatically synchronizing appointments, avoiding conflicts, and reducing manual effort. It allows you to customize your availability windows, receive real-time updates, and maintain a centralized view of your commitments.

Connect your Google Account to Gym Member Machine
- Sign in to Gym Member Machine: https://my.gymmembermachine.com/
- Navigate to Settings at the bottom of the left side menu
- Click My Profile
- Scroll to Calendar Settings and Click Add New
- To the right of Google Calendar, Click Connect
- Select your Google Account, Click Continue and Allow
- Once your Google Account is Connected, you should see a Green Check Mark by Google Calendar
- Next, Scroll down to Calendar Configuration
- Select which calendar you would like GMM appointments to sync to...
🚨 The Linked Calendar is the calendar that your GMM appointments/consultations will appear on
- Click Save
- Navigate to Conflict Calendars
- Click Edit
- Select all Calendars that you would like GMM to check for conflicting appointments
- Click Save
- Once the above steps are complete, you should now see your Google Appointments appearing in GMM in your User Calendar
Set Availability and Sync Your Calendar
- Within My Profile. Here you will be able to adjust your Availability
- Set your Time Zone to the correct one
- Set your Available Days and Time Windows
- Click Update Availability once days and times are set
Done!
