Connect your Google Account to Gym Member Machine

  1. Sign in to Gym Member Machine: https://my.gymmembermachine.com/
  2. Navigate to Settings at the bottom of the left side menu

  1. Click Integrations
  2. Select 'Sign in with Google

  3. Choose Google Account

  1. Click Continue
  2. Click Allow

  1. Close out the Window
  2. Once your Google Account is Connected, you should see a Green 'Connected' Box under your account in the Integrations tab ✅

Set Availability and Sync Your Calendar

  1. Go to My Profile. Here you will be able to adjust your Availability

  1. Set your Time Zone to the correct one

  1. Set your Available Days and Time Windows
  2. Click Update Availability once days and times are set

  1. Scroll down to Calendar Settings
  2. Under Linked Calendar, click Add


  1. Select your Google Calendar and Select which calendar you would like GMM appointments to sync to...

🚨 The Primary Calendar is the calendar that your GMM appointments/consultations will appear on

  1. Click Save

  1. Navigate to Conflict Calendars
  2. Click Edit

  1. Select all Calendars that you would like GMM to check for conflicting appointments
  2. Click Save

  1. Once the above steps are complete, you should now see your Google Appointments appearing in GMM in your User Calendar
