Set Up Your GMM Voicemail

💡 To set up a custom voicemail, record your message, convert it to MP3 format, and upload. Configure the call timeout settings to ensure calls are directed to your custom voicemail instead of your personal voicemail.

  1. Navigate to Settings ➡️ Business Profile ➡️ Call & Voicemail Settings

  1. Upload the Mp3 file of your voicemail
    1. You can use a site like https://cloudconvert.com/mp3-converter to convert a file (such a voice memo recording on iphone) into an mp3 file 
    2. *Once you see the file with the Play and Delete icons, your file has been uploaded. It is recommended to hit the Play button to make sure the audio works 

  1. Set the Incoming Call Timeout to 20 Seconds or less
  2. Click Save Call Settings
