Schedule an Appointment Outside Normal Availability

💡 The Custom booking option provides a way to handle scheduling exceptions, either due to your calendar or the requirements of the contact. This offers more flexibility than the default slots which are based on general availability.

🍿 Video Walkthrough

  1. Navigate to the Contact who you want to schedule the appointment for
  2. Select Appointments on the right hand side (Click the Calendar icon)

  1. Add New Appointment

  1. Select Calendar, add the Appointment Title, and Assign the Team Member

  1. Go to Date & Time and Select Custom instead of Slot

  1. Setting the Meeting Start Time ➝ Click Ok ➝ Click Confirm
    • The end time should update automatically based on the duration of the appointment set by the calendar

  1. Once the time is set Click Book Appointment
