Schedule an Appointment Outside Normal Availability
💡 The Custom booking option provides a way to handle scheduling exceptions, either due to your calendar or the requirements of the contact. This offers more flexibility than the default slots which are based on general availability.
🍿 Video Walkthrough
- Navigate to the Contact who you want to schedule the appointment for
- Select Appointments on the right hand side (Click the Calendar icon)

- Add New Appointment

- Select Calendar, add the Appointment Title, and Assign the Team Member

- Go to Date & Time and Select Custom instead of Slot

- Setting the Meeting Start Time ➝ Click Ok ➝ Click Confirm
- The end time should update automatically based on the duration of the appointment set by the calendar

- Once the time is set Click Book Appointment
